3. Products

All products are handmade in small batches.

Variations in color, shape, color tone and appearance are natural and part of the process and do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in [DKK/EUR] and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

5. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

pricing errors
suspected fraud
stock issues

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

We do not store your payment information.

7. Shipping

We currently ship within Denmark and the EU.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

Denmark: 1–3 business days
EU: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a small-batch business, processing times may vary slightly.

Apricity Copenhagen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within this period.

9. Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return:

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned.

Products are intended for external use only.

Individual reactions may occur.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Always review the ingredient list before use.

11. Liability

Apricity Copenhagen is not liable for misuse of products.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
